Thank you for your interest in our rental service.

For safety reasons, rentals are available only to customers who meet all of the following conditions:

• You currently reside in Japan and have held a valid Japanese driver’s license for at least 5 years.

• You have a sufficient understanding of traffic rules and regulations in Japan.

• You are able to understand explanations in Japanese regarding driving precautions and how to operate the vehicle.

• You are able to read and write in Japanese.

• You have a guarantor in Japan who can assume responsibility if necessary.

We kindly ask for your understanding that rentals are not available to short-term visitors.
